To help you achieve maximum efficiency in your workout, we will incorporate additional equipment in our Pilates Reformer classes, including Cardio Trampolines, Split-Pedal Stability Chairs with handles, Ladder Barrels, RedCord and the spring wall as well as mat exercises. Together, these tools will help you achieve a full-body workout while accommodating any physical limitations.
